Are your products genuine?

Yes — 100%. We source only from official brand stores and authorized suppliers. No clones, no copies.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with tracking included.

How long does delivery take?

Every product page shows its own delivery estimate. Most orders arrive in 5–20 business days, and products marked Express ship by DHL/FedEx in about 3–8 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Will I pay anything extra on delivery?

In Israel — no, the price at checkout is final. For most other countries import VAT/duties are already included; in rare cases local customs may charge extra.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to 85+ countries including the USA, Canada, the UK, the EU, the Gulf states and more. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there.

Do the keyboards have Hebrew or Arabic letters?

Our keyboards come with the standard English (US ANSI) layout. They work with any language you set in Windows or macOS.

What if my item arrives damaged or doesn't work?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo or short video, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Can I return something if I change my mind?
