Terms of service

Terms of Service

By placing an order at AUREN you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

All prices are in US Dollars (USD $). Your card issuer may convert the amount to your local currency. We make every effort to show accurate product information, images and prices. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if the product becomes unavailable — in that case you receive a full refund.

Delivery, returns and refunds

See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Warranty

Products are genuine and covered by our 14-day defect guarantee described in the Refund Policy. Additional manufacturer warranty terms may apply depending on the brand.
