We ship worldwide. Every order ships with free tracked shipping.

Delivery times

• Israel: usually 6–17 days.
• Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Gulf states & most other countries: usually 7–20 business days.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email as soon as it ships.
• Because items ship from different brand stores, an order with several products may arrive in separate packages.
• For most destinations, import VAT/duties are included in the price. In rare cases local customs may charge additional fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or postal delays. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
