Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your gear. This policy follows the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, for distance sales.

Cancelling an order (change of mind)

  • You may cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • A cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100 (about $33) — whichever is lower — may be deducted, as permitted by Israeli law.
  • Return shipping for change-of-mind cancellations is paid by the customer. We will send you our return address in Israel when you open a request.
  • If you cancel before the order has shipped, you receive a full refund.

Damaged, defective or not as described

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or a short video of the issue.
  • We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including any shipping costs — your choice.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or of approving a defect claim).

Use our contact page and include your order number. We reply within 1 business day.
